Microsoft opens up its closed source

Finally Mr Bill Gates did it….well better late then never.

I don’t know what prompted Microsoft to do this but its a welcome move from the Redmond software giant that would allow more flexibility and better scalability across software platforms.

Microsoft has announced that it will now open up its much guarded software blueprint and secrets to general user and developers. The software blueprints will be visible on the Microsoft website BUT BUT don’t expect to see the source code yet.One reason why Microsoft took such a step is due to the never ending lawsuits that are pushed against it or maybe they are tired of their lame lawyers :) don’t know for sure.
